DESCRIPTION

Bright and spacious apartment, recently renovated with care, can accommodate up to 6 people. Three large bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two terraces, one with a beautiful view of the mountains; located in a quiet area away from busy streets. In Lido di Camaiore, 650 meters from the beaches and the “Pontile di Lido,” which is only an 8-minute walk away.

INTERIORS

First-floor apartment characterized by very spacious and bright rooms, large windows in every room, and access to two terraces, the main one in the living area with a view towards the Apuan Alps. The house is well-organized: on one side, the living area, and on the other, the well-separated sleeping area. The living area consists of a cozy living room with warm colors and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening aperitif; and the kitchen, well-equipped with utensils and appliances. The sleeping area comprises 3 large bedrooms: two doubles and one with a single bed and the possibility of adding another bed (the sixth bed is a standard single cot/rollaway bed and is available upon request only; linens are not included in the price). A beautiful bathroom with exquisite marble finishes (please avoid using acidic soaps on these surfaces!), featuring a large and comfortable shower. The apartment includes 1 reserved parking space for guests in the condominium courtyard (the exact space will be indicated). Any additional cars can be parked on the street. The property is fully air-conditioned.

Located on a quiet and tranquil street in Lido di Camaiore, one of the most popular areas in Versilia due to its convenience and the abundance of activities and venues. Not far from the house are various shops, bicycle rentals (which cannot be kept inside the house but in the parking space), restaurants, and above all, the beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Within walking distance from the center of Lido and the Pontile area.

With the reserved parking space, it’s a very convenient choice for seaside holidays and exploring some of Tuscany and neighboring Liguria’s attractions. Lido di Camaiore offers everything you need for a perfect beach holiday: sandy beaches, quality restaurants, and a relaxing atmosphere await you.

Online Check-in via Holive Portal: All guests will be required to provide their personal information and identification document in advance for registration on the AlloggiatiWeb portal, as well as on the portals of the Tuscany Region and the Municipality, in compliance with Italian regulations: Article 109 of TULPS, Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 59 of 1978, Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 286 of 1998, and Article 193 of Royal Decree No. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guest data to the Police Headquarters), Article 84 bis of Regional Law No. 86/2016 “Unified text of the regional tourist system” which provides for “Communications for statistical purposes” (Communication of data to the Region) and Article 70 of Regional Law No. 86/2016 “Unified text of the regional tourist system” (Communication to the Municipality). The house operates with self-check-in: Guests can autonomously retrieve keys from a coded box.

Check-In Details

– Check-in after 3:00 pm.
– Check-out by 10:00 am.
– Late check-out is possible upon request and free until 12:00 pm.
– Late check-out after 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm incurs a fee of €50.00 for afternoon stay; beyond this time, the full night is charged.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €250.00 is required

Tourist Tax: Tourist tax for the Municipality of Camaiore is to be paid before the stay.
