Welcome to AcquAzzurra, a charming typical Viareggina house located in the heart of Viareggio, a perfect place for a seaside holiday or to explore Tuscany. Situated in the historic centre of Viareggio, just 200 meters from the promenade and the beaches, you will not need a car to get around. Elegant and full of charm, in Liberty style, this house is truly beautiful and welcoming. Not far from the train station for visiting art cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and the Cinque Terre in Liguria.

INTERIORS

The ground floor entrance leads to a spacious area; ascending to the first floor, we find a large living room with a small city-view balcony and a small table for enjoying a fine coffee. From the hallway, one accesses a wonderful first bathroom and the large, detailed kitchen which opens onto the terrace with a table, umbrella, and chairs, offering a view over the city rooftops—a typical vista of splendid Viareggio. The second floor comprises the sleeping area with a large double bedroom, hallway, and a bunk room with one queen size bed (accommodating up to 3 people); a second splendid bathroom with a large shower and beautiful finishes is located next to this room. All rooms are quiet, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

For special needs, a cot for children up to 3 years and an additional bed on the sofa bed in the living room are also available, but the maximum number of people in the house is always 5. It is the ideal place to relax, sunbathe, or sip a glass of wine while admiring the rooftops of this charming Tuscan city.

AcquaAzzurra is situated in the vibrant heart of Viareggio, steps away from the wonderful Promenade and the famous Piazza Mazzini, the centre of the Carnival.
The privileged position of the house allows you to comfortably explore Versilia. Stroll along the seafront promenade, a beautiful coastal road with shops, restaurants, and cafes facing the sea. You can enjoy the typical Tuscan food, such as the famous pizza and dishes made with fresh fish, and immerse yourself in the region’s food and wine culture. We recommend taking a tour of Tuscany and Versilia to discover the hidden treasures of this land rich in history and natural beauty.

The location is very convenient as the house is also close to the train station, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot, allowing you to enjoy a car-free holiday and stress-free visits to all of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, and the Cinque Terre in Liguria, all reachable in a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

– Parking: it is possible to park on the street, parking is paid, and weekly or monthly subscriptions can also be made online. Alternatively, you can choose to park in areas just outside the historic center where there are ample spaces of free parking. In summer (July and August), you might find it difficult to find parking near the house.
