Welcome to our cozy ground floor apartment, located just 50 meters from the sea along the charming promenade of Viareggio, in the beautiful area of Versilia in Tuscany. We are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city of Viareggio: the area stretching between the promenade near the clock tower and the pine forest; it offers a unique combination of natural beauty and lively coastal atmosphere. This area is considered the pulsating heart of Viareggio, with a variety of attractions and activities that make it charming for visitors.

The promenade near the clock tower is one of the most iconic places in Viareggio, with its waterfront overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Here you can stroll along the beach, admire the elegant Liberty-style buildings that testify to the city’s rich and fascinating history, and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea. The promenade is lively with restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and glamorous shops as well as shops offering a wide range of local products.

The pine forest, on the other hand, is a vast green area of maritime pines that stretches along the coast. The house adopts self check-in with key retrieval autonomously from a lockbox.

Check-In Details

– Check-in after 3:00 pm.
– Check-out by 10:00 am.
– Late check-out only if possible and only upon request and free until 12:00 pm.
– Late check-out after 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm afternoon stay € 50.00; beyond this time, the entire night is charged.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €300.00 is required

Tourist Tax: Tourist tax for the Municipality of Viareggio of €1.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 days) as indicated, in compliance with municipal regulations.
