Aromatic walk and meditation in the LIPU oasis of Massaciuccoli Natural Park.

A pleasant and evocative walk immersed in an oasis of peace and biodiversity, where it will be possible to observe the typical flora of marshlands and hygrophilous forests.

The walk will be accompanied by the sensory experience of Essential Oils whose benefits will be briefly introduced by Naturopath Simona, who will be your guide in this unique experience in nature.

Before returning, we will stop in a quiet place for a guided meditation where we can relax body and mind and enjoy the connection with the surrounding nature.

At the end of the experience only on reservation -with a separate fee- you can book a tasting/aperitif with typical Tuscan products.
