DESCRIPTION

The Rosmarino is a cozy detached house with a romantic atmosphere and relaxing warm colors reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside and ancient traditions. It is located just a short walk from the historic center of the beautiful town of Pietrasanta, on a private street closed to traffic, quiet and bright. The owners have imbued this environment with a soft and very pleasant style, aiming to share with you a truly unique and characteristic space.

INTERIORS

The Rosmarino features two lovely bedrooms: one double room with a spacious wardrobe and comfortable amenities, and a small bedroom with two single beds (the second foldaway bed available upon request), where a study or work area has been cleverly integrated into the bookcase. The living area is a small open space with a kitchen and living room, furnished with custom-made furniture by the owner, lending originality and creativity to the entire house. A beautiful bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation.

EXTERIORS

Access to the house is via a private road where you can arrive by car to unload luggage and groceries and then park in the nearby public parking area, which is free of charge. There is also space for bicycles, which can be rented. You enter through a small, well-kept courtyard with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast or excellent aperitifs. The view of the Rocca di Pietrasanta and the surrounding hills is beautiful.

LOCATION

The Rosmarino is located just a short walk from the center of Pietrasanta (650 meters), a city renowned for its historical and artistic value; it is often referred to as the “Little Athens” because it attracts artists from all over the world. The streets of the city center are lined with numerous art galleries showcasing sought-after and famous pieces, as well as splendid clothing stores and excellent restaurants. In the evenings, it is famous for its aperitifs in Piazza del Duomo, known for its lively atmosphere on weekends.

The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by low and well-maintained houses, close to a public parking area and many shops and activities. Getting around on foot is easy. It is also possible to reach the nearby beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta or Tonfano, which are only 4.5 km away (less than 10 minutes by car), or for the more adventurous, by bicycle (approximately 15/20 minutes).

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the accommodation (families with children are welcome).

Online Check-in via Holive Portal: All guests will be required to provide their personal details and an identity document in advance for registration on the AlloggiatiWeb portal, and on the portals of the Tuscany Region and the Municipality, in accordance with Italian regulations: art. 109 TULPS, art. 12 of decree-law no. 59 of 1978, art. 7 of legislative decree no. 286 of 1998, and art. 193 of royal decree no. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guest data to the Police Headquarters), art. 84 bis of regional law no. 86/2016 “Unified text of the regional tourist system” which provides for “Communications for statistical purposes” (Communication of data to the Region), and art. 70 of regional law no. 86/2016 “Unified text of the regional tourist system” (Communication to the Municipality). During online check-in, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement (article 1 paragraph 4 of law 431/98), which is mandatory for staying in a tourist rental home.

The house adopts self-check-in with key retrieval autonomously from a box with a code.

Check-In Details

– Check-in after 3:00 pm.
– Check-out by 10:00 am.
– Late check-out is only possible and free of charge until 12:00 pm.
– Late check-out after 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm incurs a fee of €50.00 for afternoon stay; beyond this time, the entire night will be charged.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €250.00 is required

Tourist Tax: Tourist tax of the Municipality of Pietrasanta.
