Its unique feature is the small sea-view terrace where you can enjoy sunset aperitifs and admire the view of the wonderful garden surrounding the villa.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, with two bathrooms and large, brightly lit rooms, where the classic style of the building period has been perfectly preserved, yet providing comfortable and modern accommodation for guests wishing to explore this splendid corner of Tuscany.

The sea and beaches are only 200 meters away. Bicycle rental and delivery service are available at the property, upon reservation.

INTERIORS

Villa Maria is a splendid and typical example of early 1900s architecture. The apartment is located in the right wing of the building on the first floor.
Access is through the large gate, crossing a Wisteria-covered loggia that displays all its beauty and the scent of flowers in spring; you enter through the large wooden door into the main entrance of the villa and reach the apartment on the first floor via two flights of stairs (no elevator).

The entrance door of the apartment is on your right, reserved and independent.
As soon as you enter, you will be struck by the serenity that this space conveys through the soft and gentle colors of the furnishings; you will find the first bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom; facing it is the second bedroom with two single beds (which can all be transformed into double beds upon request); exiting into the corridor, you’ll find the third bedroom with a double bed.
The corridor then leads to a second, very large bathroom with a bathtub.

Next, there is a hallway and a large eat-in kitchen, very cozy with warm and pleasant colors: oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and much more.

Exiting the kitchen, you enter the spacious living room, a very pleasant and comfortable space with fantastic light: dining table, sofa, TV, WIFI; from this room, you access the terrace (half of the large terrace is for guests’ use) furnished with comfortable sofa and armchairs; from here, you can admire a stretch of sea right in front of the villa.

EXTERIORS

A pleasant equipped terrace will accompany your summer evenings and will be the perfect location for tasting aperitifs accompanied by local cheeses and cold cuts.

The entire house is surrounded by a very large garden that guests can access easily (although it is not equipped for dining), always respecting the other tenants, if present in the villa.
Large pine trees frame the views, offering typical glimpses of the coastal area of Tuscany.

Free parking on the street; sometimes during peak season, you may have some difficulty finding a free space, but there are paid and free parking areas nearby.
